Clients are welcome to pay out-of-pocket and receive superbills to send to their insurance companies. Many times, insurance plans have out-of-network deductibles, however, will begin payment back to you depending on your insurance plan. You can reach out to your insurance to find out how your plan applies.
Clients are also able to utilize FSA / HSA benefits. You'll be given a card that allows you to pay for services as if you're using a credit card.
If you don't want to hassle with the out-of-network billing on your own, you can sign up with an out-of-network billing company called Advekit, and be matched with us. This company makes it easy for you by doing all the handling of the superbills so you don't have to. They also help you get reimbursed in accordance to your out-of-network benefits.
